Cor Scorpii (Norway) is a new band that was formed with 3 members of Windir. Together with 3 others they form Cor Scorpii and this is their first demo. 4 Fast tracks in an aggressive black metal style with melody and atmosphere. Also you hear medieval/folkish melodies in the songs covered with grim male voices and clean female parts. But the majority of the melody is caused by the riffing guitars. Also hearing a few leads and also a piano solo. This demo hides good potention of powerful songs and interesting songwriting. And although the shortest song clock 5.27 mins they keep asking your attention in this promising demo.
